He has been working in this field for over ten years and has matured extensive experience in the domain of fitness clubs, collaborating with companies of primary importance, passing through all the functional levels, from instructor to manager. In 1993 he directed the organizational development of Vico Squash & Fitness (IHRSA) in Milan, contributing to the return of this business to the top in its field after a temporary managerial crisis. From 1994 till 2006 he has effected numerous interventions in important Sports Clubs, correcting negative financial situations and restructuring the organizations, transforming the method with which the services were supplied after having balanced their budgets, despite of serious initial problems. Presently, he coordinates reorganizational projects which concern even other fields. The experiences he has acquired in the world of sports, transferred into the new productive realities of the service sector, will allowed him to introduce a method of quality control of the Advanced Service Sector which have as reference centre, the client. In order to stand up to the competition of the businesses which operate in this field, this becomes a necessary approach.

SPORTS AND FITNESS STRATEGIES confronts the managerial problems of Sports Clubs according to an "on time" approach, which foresees, at the conclusion of the intervention and at reaching the agreed objectives, exiting from the firm and directing its initiatives towards new client-firms in need of organization and financial healing. A profound motivation to resolve the "difficult cases" and constant attention towards sports and the structures which create the sports product, have been until now the strategy of the strategies of each intervention.
